SIZE does MATTER !!!!



I mean poly...low ploy model  :p

well,this time i need to create some thing which has a limited poly count, and animation friendly.And its for mobile platform..such as android ! so its better to keep counting polys !! btw ..i get some information and study materials on this matter,and im going to follow this guidelines..

1. hero model (fps) up to 5000 tris
2. only defuse(color) and normal map (1*2048)
3. rigging (one full body, still don't know about blend shape whether it's possible or not in this case)
4. basic animation
5. going to test in unity 3d :)

let see how far i can go...

day 1:

hero model almost done, tried to keep it fairly simple. tried little bit drapery,still i don't understand drapery,need some time.

day 2:

base mesh polypaint done,and i have created the animation friendly mesh, i managed to bound it into less than 3500 tris...i think it will be a bit problematic on rigging stage..let see...

day 3: 

basic texture done (1st test pass).....i will upload the maps after completion .... color(defuse,cavity, occlusion), normal,specular color, gloss.

testing inside Marmoset Toolbag, I think it will work, finalizing texture

 maps...gloss, color(defuse,cavity, ambient),spec color,normal .rigging almost done.
